Core service delivery: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Reading and profiling: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Platform improvement: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the core service.
How long we keep your data
Active account: data retained while you use the service. Account closure: data deleted within 30 days. Inactive account (no login for 2 years): data deleted after notice. Legal obligations: minimum retention as required by law.
Who processes your data
OpenRouter (AI model gateway through which your data transits, US — Standard Contractual Clauses), Google / Gemini (primary reading model, US — SCC), Anthropic (fallback model, US — SCC), Perplexity (market-context research, US — SCC), Supabase (database, EU), Stripe (payments, EU/US — PCI-DSS certified), Inngest (workflow orchestration, US — SCC), Resend (transactional emails, US — SCC).
