Career data you provide (CV, experience, preferences), account information (email, name), usage data (navigation, interactions), and generated readings (observations, recommendations, reports).
Core service delivery: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Career reading and profiling: your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Platform improvement: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the core service.
Active account: data retained while you use the service. Account closure: data deleted within 30 days. Inactive account (no login for 2 years): data deleted after notice. Legal obligations: minimum retention as required by law.
