Azim was designed from a precise observation: no actor fuses what must be fused to decide under uncertainty. Documented terrain lives with analysts. Bets compose in the head. Ecosystem projection stays implicit. The memory of decisions disappears in three months. Five silos, never sewn.

Three well-posed bets
Main option — the strongest trajectory. Securing option — what protects the decision. Exploration option — what opens a possible break. For each, an invalidation condition declared upfront. No drift: if the condition does not appear, the option is set aside without guilt.
Five relays, not a network
The main option projects onto five types of relay: founder peer, investor, working partner, institution, amplifier. For each, who to reach, through which warm path, with what angle. Not a contact list.
The revisable read
When new signals appear, invalidation conditions are checked. Options that no longer hold are set aside, open options keep their trace. Not a career assistant. A decision memory that preserves the structure of your bet.

Azim was designed and written by Louis-Antoine Grasset, ex-executive search recruiter, founder of Irbis Partners. Several thousand trajectories read. Several hundred bets accompanied. A few brilliantly successful, others cleanly killed, others again left murky too long for lack of instrument.
